Tanja Schmoller is studied Digital TV and Audiovisual Arts and Design (MultiMediaArt Filmproducing) at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg, Austria. After her studies she produced the award-winning feature film “Neben meinem Bruder” and joined the gebrueder beetz filmproduktion Berlin as Cross-Media producer in 2012. Since then she produced the “The Wagner Files” (App), the trimedia project “Make Love” (tv-series, radio, internet), the crossmedia project “The Vikings” (docudrama, game, app), the interactive webdoc „Falciani’s Swissleaks“ for SWR/ARTE, the 360° Musicvideo “1000 Liter” with Friedrich Lichtenstein and developed and produced the crossmedia project „#uploading_holocaust“ for BR, ORF, RBB and Keshet. For the 30´s band anniversary of “Die Fantastischen Vier” she produced the virtual reality musicvideo experience “FANTAVENTURA” (6DoF). In 2016 she founded the female artist platform “WHO’S THAT GIRL”, which was awarded with the “Kultur- und Kreativpiloten” Award by the BMWi in 2017 and supports female musicians and artists in Berlin. Besides this she also works as a freelance Cross-Media Producer & VJ in various fields and gave lectures about producing at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg from 2014-2021. In 2021 she joined the mental health startup HelloBetter as Story & Content Media Producer and creates audiovisual content to face the tabu of mental health and spreads the word for mental strength and wellbeing. She lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
